The-Storehouse Christian thrift store and serving center, is a non-profit helping churches bless thousands in Williamson County, Texas since 2001.
2006 goals: 10,000 served, 20,000 newsletter signups, 200 partner churches, and 100s of conversions and restored lives.
Client Services
Free: Food, Bibles, Dave Ramsey classes, life skills and job training
Work program: to earn needs at $10/hour (clothes, autos, furniture, appliances, etc.)
Ex: eight hours may earn a washer and dryer, or a couch and two chairs.
Job help: resume, work references, interview skills, and referrals
Serving Center: Bible counseling and referrals
Community: service and special need workers
Relief: semis to Katrina, Rita, and Austin (airport & vouchers)

Coming: Free WIFI internet, coffee, and snack machine area (by Half Price Books)

Since thrift store sales and long-term donors cover most expenses,
please specify your gift to help us serve more!
Drop off hours are Mon-Sat 10AM-6PM. Saturday pickups preferred, please call 238-6737 to schedule
Companies and churches: to schedule large drop offs, pickups, or regular food donations please call James Reed at 512-238-6798
Churches: host a food barrel or thrift drop-box, with a Pastor-approved
Storehouse Liaison contact
See needed items for food, toiletries, and baby items needed for our food pantry, church under the bridge, Mexico, free winter clothes, and others.
Volunteers needed!
Christian mentors, Spanish speakers, teen mentors, job trainers, Biblical counselors,
food pantry and clothes sorting, pickup or delivery, inventory stocking, carpenters, etc.
Helping Churches
Send: your needy and volunteers (see above)
Free clothes: for homeless, Mexico, or winter
Sponsorships and vouchers: for bills and needs (with no cost overhead from us)
Area group: and youth projects; joint Mexico mission trips
Borrow: our equipment for moving, painting, etc.
Free: outreach training, web content, reusable Bible Studies ,
Dave Ramsey finance instructors; Advertise events on website, our IH35 storefront, or our events board (seen by 1000s beside our front counter)
